This apartment is located at a unique place in Amsterdam. The location is popular because it’s near by the center, open space, quiet, with a great spatial experience, lots of water and air. There are many facilities in this area. The Spaarndammerstraat is a lively street in the middle of the neighborhood of the same name that has become a lot less car-free and therefore more attractive since the covering of Tasmanstraat (Spaarndammertunnel). The Amsterdam city center is almost literally right around the corner.
