The accessibility by public transport is excellent. Within walking distance is the tram stop for lines 2, 11 and 12. This means that the Central Station can be reached within a few minutes. Traveltime from underground Rokin to Amsterdam South (‘Zuidas’) is less than 10 minutes. By car, the property can be reached from the A10 ring road via exit S106.
